My work in this industry began in 2011 with the participant side of the SKRS, and I have since moved over to the plan sponsor space. The heart of what I do is problem solving. I am often the first line of defense in helping a plan sponsor get the answers they need. I try to make running the retirement plan as simple as possible for employers while staying compliant and retaining the best relationships with all involved.
