Karen Swift

VP, IT at PMC

Karen Swift is PMC’s Vice President, Information Technology, responsible for the strategic vision, implementation, and management of all technology initiatives across the company. As a key business partner and advisor to the senior management team, Karen will meet current needs while preparing for future development and growth.

Karen joined PMC from Marshall Dennehey, a defense litigation firm, where she was instrumental in steering the firm’s technology response to the pandemic. Prior to that, she was at the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office in New Jersey, as the Chief Technology Officer, where she provided oversight, support and guidance to over 70+ law enforcement agencies while leading all technology initiatives for the agency. She also worked closely with various local, county, state and federal law enforcement agencies on various initiatives.

Karen has more than 20 years of experience managing multi-operating systems environments while building and leading architecture teams. Over the course of her career she enjoyed tenures within Higher Education at Rutgers University and Stevens Institute of Technology.

Karen graduated from Seton Hall University. She is a Board Member of Society for Information Management (SIM) – New Jersey and a member of The TechPACT.
