Keir McMullen

Keir McMullen is Penske Media’s Vice President, Human Resources. In her role, she supports several brands across the PMC portfolio as a trusted strategic HR advisor and thought partner. With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Keir brings a wealth of expertise in employee relations, performance management, organizational design & change management, employee engagement, coaching & leadership development and DEI. She is passionate about cultivating an inclusive and enlightening organizational culture that embraces psychological safety and promotes courageous growth and a sense of belonging and accomplishment.

Prior to PMC, Keir held HR Manager and HR Director positions at HBO, and Vice President Human Resources positions at Warner Media and Warner Bros. Discovery. Here, she sharpened her skills in managing transformative change to align HR strategy with business priorities in an ever-evolving market and competitive landscape.

Keir received a B.S. from Boston University, and a M.B.A. from Columbia University.
