Prior to joining Penske, Ben spent over 20 years with ExxonMobil where he held the role of Asia Pacific Recruitment Manager most recently.

He holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Monash University along with post-graduate qualifications in Human Resource Management from Swinburne University of Technology.
