Justin Kelly

Since joining the organisation in 2015, he has held the role of Branch Manager – Mackay before being promoted to General Manager, Northern Region Operations in March 2021.

Passionate about the safety and development of his team of over 100 staff, Justin is a firm believer in continually improving safety outcomes and engaging with his team to work through challenging areas in order to build ability and confidence.

With a focus on ownership and commitment, Justin ensure his staff understand their value to the business and are well informed of the overarching goals and plans to ensure the team operates as a cohesive unit.

Prior to joining Penske, Justin worked with Emeco, Terex Mining, Komatsu, Hasting Deering, and Gough and Gilmour in a range of operational, maintenance, and management roles.

Justin holds a Diploma in Business, HR and Management, and is a trade-qualified Diesel Technician.
