Tanya Myint

Having worked as a corporate and commercial lawyer for over 15 years, Tanya has held various in-house and external counsel roles for large multinational corporates and within top-tier law firms during which she advised clients on complex dispute resolution and large-scale infrastructure projects.

Since joining Penske in 2013, Tanya's diverse experience has helped to shape Penske's approach to contracting, disputes, governance, and risk management. She leads a team of legal, compliance, risk and contract management specialists to closely support the business with its strategic and operational objectives. In doing so, Tanya and her team continuously strive to achieve a sensible balance between commercial outcomes and appropriate risk mitigation.

Tanya is passionate about continuously improving business processes and practices to meet best practice industry standards.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Medical Science from the University of Technology, Sydney.
