Pat Schneider

Pat Schneider currently serves as a Senior Learning and Development Consultant at Penske Logistics, a position held since October 2022. Prior to this role, Pat gained extensive experience at Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom, where responsibilities included Training Manager and Admissions Manager from August 2013 to October 2022, after previously holding the role of Seasonal Sales Supervisor from April 2011 to October 2012. Additionally, Pat worked as a Development Associate at Bucks County Community College for a brief tenure in late 2012. Pat is pursuing a Master's degree in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning at Boise State University, with an expected completion date in May 2027, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Cabrini University, completed in 2012.
