Elias Mhanna

Elias Mhanna is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in proposal leadership and project engineering. Currently serving as Proposal Lead at Penspen since April 2023, Elias has previously held the position of Senior Proposal Engineer at Petrofac from October 2015 to April 2023, where responsibilities included managing technical bid preparations valued at over 500 million dollars, along with cost estimate preparation and ensuring compliance with client pre-qualification requirements. Additionally, in the role of Mechanical Project Engineer at Petrofac, Elias demonstrated a strong capability in construction site management through workflow stability analysis, coordination across multiple departments, and effective risk assessment and planning. Elias holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the Lebanese American University, earned between 2010 and 2015.
