Rachel Jordan-Evans Chartered FCIPD has extensive experience in the field of human resources and talent management. Rachel Jordan-Evans began their career at Johnson Controls in 2003, starting as a Learning & Development Manager and later becoming the Head of Talent Management & Development for the UK. From 2008 to 2015, Rachel held various director positions at Johnson Controls, including Director of Global Talent Management & HR and Director, Talent Acquisition & Development for EMEA.
In 2015, Rachel joined Natures Way Foods as the Head of HR and later became the Human Resources Director. Rachel Jordan-Evans then moved on to The Thinking Schools Academy Trust in 2019 as a Non Executive Director. Rachel Jordan-Evans'smost recent role is with Penspen, where they currently serve as the EVP Human Resources and Group HR Director.
Rachel Jordan-Evans Chartered FCIPD's education history includes a variety of qualifications and degrees. In 1992-1996, they attended the University of Kent where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Politics, with a focus on Politics & International Relations. Following this, from 1999 to 2001, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Training & Performance Management at the University of Leicester, specifically at the Center for Labour Market Studies. In 2017-2018, they obtained qualifications from CIPD, focusing on Human Resources Management and Services. Rachel Jordan-Evans also obtained the FCIPD certification from CIPD Qualifications in September 2017.
