Kelvin Melbhagathe

Kelvin Melbhagathe, CMIT, is a Senior Project Engineer at The PENTA Building Group since August 2021, where responsibilities include initializing project document logs and tracking permit statuses to maintain construction schedules. Previously, as Lead Project Engineer at Martin-Harris Construction LLC, Kelvin reviewed drawings, created RFIs, and managed subcontractor negotiations. Early experience includes a Graduate Teaching Assistantship at the University of North Texas, where Kelvin operated Geo Technical Lab equipment and prepared construction management lectures. Additional roles feature Site Engineer at Consolidated Construction Pvt. Ltd, overseeing work schedules and site management, and an intern position at CSIR-Structural Engineering Research Centre, conducting field testing. Kelvin holds a Master's degree in Construction Management from UNT College of Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences.
