Carrie Matthews

Carrie Matthews is an experienced professional in people operations and talent management, currently serving as VP of People at Penta Group since January 2024. At Knoetic | CPOHQ, Carrie has been an active member since April 2022. As a Resources for Humans Community Ambassador at Lattice since August 2021, Carrie promotes community engagement. Furthermore, Carrie supports talent of color through involvement with Hue and previously held the Director of People Operations position at 10Pearls. Within Accelevents, Carrie advanced through roles from Director of Talent to Vice President of Talent & Operations between November 2020 and February 2023. At Hamilton Place Strategies, Carrie directed people operations from May 2014 to November 2020. Additionally, Carrie contributed as a Course Instructor at the University of Maryland. Previous roles include Operations Coordinator at FINCA International and Strategic Initiatives Officer at Women for Women International. Carrie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Government & Politics from the University of Maryland, earned in 2008.
