Stefan Gerster

Stefan Gerster has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Stefan started their career as a Business Development Trainee at Hilton Düsseldorf in 2008. Stefan then moved on to The Westin Grand Berlin - Starwood Hotels & Resorts, where they served as a Sales Assistant and later as a Sales Analyst. In 2013, they joined Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts as a Revenue Management Executive and eventually became their Revenue Manager in 2015. Stefan's most recent role was at Penta Hotels, where they held several positions including Regional Revenue Manager for Belgium & France, Regional Head of Revenue, and currently, Head Of Digital.

Stefan Gerster pursued their education in the field of Hospitality Management. Stefan attended the Steigenberger Akademie from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Diplom Hotelökonom / Administrative Hotelmanager degree. Following this, they enrolled at the IU International University of Applied Sciences from 2010 to 2011, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality and Tourism Management, specializing in International Hospitality and Tourism Management.
