Ravi S. has extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Advance Manufacturing and Technology at Pentair since March 2022. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Global Manufacturing and Strategic Initiatives and Plant Manager at Kohler Co., as well as Value Stream Manager at Ingersoll Rand. Ravi also held consulting positions at MedTrace A/S and PlotWatt, and worked as a Senior Management Consultant at Caterpillar Inc. Additionally, experience includes roles in lean project management at Igloo Products Corp. and as a Continuous Improvement Engineer intern at Siemens AG. Ravi holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, along with multiple master's degrees in Industrial Engineering and Systems Engineering from Binghamton University and the University of Houston, and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Mumbai.
