Rebecca Hines is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales operations, pricing strategy, and transformation management. Currently serving as Director of Transformation and Pricing Excellence at Pentair since April 2018, Rebecca leads initiatives focused on value-based pricing and net price optimization. Prior roles at Pentair include Director of CRM and Transformation and Senior Manager of Commercial Operations, where Rebecca drove performance management and CRM adoption. Previously at Xylem Inc. for over a decade, Rebecca held positions such as Sales Operations Manager and Analyst, contributing to sales process consistency and training on CRM systems.
