Scott Niedzwiedz

Scott Niedzwiedz is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Multi-Site Operations Leader at Pentair, overseeing two manufacturing facilities in Illinois since November 2022. Previously, Scott held the position of Vice President of Operations at nVenia, where responsibilities included managing manufacturing and supply chain operations for a new facility. Scott's extensive background also includes a dual-plant role as Plant Manager at Marmon Foodservice Technologies, as well as key positions at Cornelius, where a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement was established. Scott began a career in operations at Federal-Mogul Motorparts and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
