Vivek Kapoor

Vivek Kapoor currently serves as the Global Head of Strategic Sourcing at Pentair since January 2023. Prior to this role, Vivek held various positions at Abbott from January 2016 to January 2023, including Sr Director of Procurement and Strategic Initiatives, Director of Global Procurement, and Executive Procurement Lead for the Abbott-SJM integration. Additionally, Vivek worked at GE HealthCare from January 2006 to January 2016 as a Senior Manager in Global Sourcing and in multiple roles within the same function. Earlier experience includes serving as a Sr Global Commodity Manager at Honeywell from January 2003 to January 2006. Vivek Kapoor holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management and Information Systems from The University of Alabama and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology.
