Frederic Chiovini

Frederic Chiovini currently serves as the Head of Global Manufacturing Strategic Sourcing & External Operations at Wella Company since December 2020, where responsibilities include developing and implementing a sourcing strategy aligned with company goals. Prior to this role, Frederic held multiple positions at Coty Inc. from October 2016 to December 2020, including Senior Director of Operations for Global External Manufacturing, overseeing third-party manufacturing operations with an annual spend exceeding $150 million. Frederic’s extensive experience also includes significant roles at Procter & Gamble from December 2002 to September 2016, contributing to supply chain leadership for brands such as Max Factor and Covergirl, as well as project management in Oral Care. A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Ryerson University and an Executive Master from EPFL further underpin Frederic's expertise in logistics and supply chain management.
