Ricardo Costa

Ricardo Costa has a strong background in sales and management. From 2008 to present, they have worked at PENTANOVA do Brasil, starting as the Head of Sales and later becoming the Head of Business Unit. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing various aspects of the company's operations, including sales, engineering, project management, and site management. Prior to joining PENTANOVA, Ricardo worked at ESTADÃO from 1994 to 2008 as a Technical Mechanical Coordinator, where they were in charge of maintenance planning and execution for mechanical equipment. Ricardo also played a role in a factory expansion project. Additionally, in 2007, they worked as a Professor at SENAI Suíço-Brasileira. Throughout their career, Ricardo has demonstrated strong leadership and technical expertise in the field of mechanical engineering.

Ricardo Costa has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategic Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Ricardo also has a specialization in PMP Certification from Impacta Tecnologia in 2008. Furthermore, they have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes, which they completed from 1996 to 2000. Additionally, they have a Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering from Escola Técnica Federal de São Paulo, which they earned from 1994 to 1995.
