Xin Ci Tan

Xin Ci Tan is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment, training and development, payroll, and employee relations. Currently serving as the Assistant Human Resources Manager at Pentas Flora Sdn Bhd since October 2021, Xin Ci is responsible for talent acquisition and compliance with government regulations for foreign workers. Previously, Xin Ci held the position of Senior Executive Human Resources at iKHASAS Group, focusing on all aspects of recruitment and HR setup during company acquisitions. Expanding on foundational HR skills as a Human Resources Executive at Zhongji Construction Sdn Bhd, Xin Ci has developed expertise in employee relations and communication. Xin Ci is pursuing a Master of Human Resources Management at Open University Malaysia, following a Bachelor of Social Science (HONS) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman.
