Shashank Deshpande

Shashank Deshpande is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader in the technology and design sectors, currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer of Cubyts, a SaaS platform focused on product resilience and market readiness since January 2022. Deshpande also serves as Managing Partner at Pentathlon Ventures, aiding early-stage tech companies in scaling their operations. Previously, Deshpande held the position of Chief Design Officer for Asia at Globant, where operations expanded significantly, and co-founded Clarice Technologies, a consulting firm specializing in User Experience Design. Deshpande's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Human Factors International and Symantec Corp, where Deshpande managed large teams in usability and design. A graduate of the National Institute of Design with a PG Diploma in Industrial Design, Deshpande's foundational education includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Doctor Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University.
