Dganit Feller

Dganit Feller has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and HR management. Dganit is currently working at Pentera as the Director of Talent Acquisition. Prior to that, they held roles at Heven Drones as an HR Strategy Advisor, Innov-HR as the Vice President of Business Strategy, and HR Home as the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition. Dganit also worked at Voyager Labs as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Sweetch as a Talent Acquisition Manager, and XACT Robotics as the Global Talent Acquisition for HR Home. Dganit's earliest work experience was as an HR Manager at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems.

Dganit Feller earned a Bachelor's degree in HR from the University of Haifa in 2006. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in HR from Tel Aviv University, completing it in 2011. In 2014-2015, they attended the University of Haifa again, this time earning their Master of Business Administration (MBA).
