Charlotte Staun Christensson is the Head of Experience & Strategy at Pentia. Charlotte has over 10 years of experience in customer experience, product design, and user experience design. Prior to Pentia, they were the Customer Experience Focus Manager at Alfa Laval, where they led a team of 20 engineers. Charlotte has also worked as a Senior User Experience Consultant at FFW and as a Product Designer at Alinea.

Charlotte Staun Christensson has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Henley Business School, with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General. Charlotte also has a Diploma in Design Management from International Business Academy - IBA.
