Belinda Deery

Belinda Deery has extensive work experience in human resources and leadership roles. Belinda is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Pentland Brands, starting in November 2022. Prior to this, they were Vice Chair and Non-Executive Board Member at The Partnership Trust starting in August 2020. From May 2020 to October 2022, they held the position of Chief Insight & Solutions Officer at KultraLab. Belinda also worked at Clarks, where they served as the Chief People Officer from November 2015 to January 2020. Before that, they held various roles at Clarks, including Global Talent Director from May 2014 to June 2015 and HR Director (UK & Ireland) from January 2011 to April 2014. Belinda's previous experiences include HR-related positions at New Look, House of Fraser, and Novartis.

Belinda Deery attended Skipton Girls' High School from 1982 to 1989. Belinda then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Combined Sciences at the University of Leicester from 1989 to 1991.
