Lydia Harper

Lydia Harper is an experienced professional currently serving as a Personal Lines Underwriter at Kayser Baird Insurance Brokers since May 2021. Additionally, Lydia has been a Travel Agent at Pentravel since May 2013, specializing in finding optimal travel packages for clients, utilizing Amadeus to secure competitive ticket pricing. Lydia has also held roles at MSC Cruises, first as an Excursion Hostess from September 2008 to March 2011, where sales of tours and guest satisfaction were primary responsibilities, and then as a Social Hostess from July 2011 to March 2013, providing information and support to guests in a friendly atmosphere. Prior to the cruise industry, Lydia worked as an Educator at Interfellowship Christian School from February 2008 to November 2008, teaching management studies and life orientation. Lydia earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Management and Marketing from the University of KwaZulu-Natal from 2004 to 2007 and holds a Matriculated with Merit from Newlands East Secondary School, completed in 2002.
