Heather McCamley (Assoc. CIPD)

Heather McCamley is currently serving as the Interim HR Manager at Penumbra Mental Health. In this role, Heather is the main point of contact for all employee-related case work, providing support and guidance to managers and staff in various HR aspects. Prior to this, Heather held positions as a Senior HR Assistant and HR Assistant at the same organization, where Heather advised on HR policies and procedures and managed employee relations cases. Heather also has experience as an HR Administrator at Capita HR Solutions, specializing in maternity, paternity, parental leave, and flexible working arrangements. Heather is currently pursuing a Specialist Paralegal degree in Employment Law at The University of Law.
