Isobel Murray currently serves as the Director of Programmes and Area Manager for West at Penumbra Mental Health, where there is a focus on supporting individuals experiencing mental health issues in West Scotland. Previously, Isobel held various roles including Network Business Manager at South Lanarkshire Carers Network, Services Development Manager for Scotland at Breast Cancer Care, Principal Development Officer for Adult Support Services at Carers of West Lothian, and Service Manager at Lifelink. Isobel's educational background includes a Master of Science in Citizenship and Human Rights from Glasgow Caledonian University. Passion for human rights and rights-based approaches to service provision remains a central theme throughout Isobel's career.
