Matthieu Cuche has a diverse work experience in the field of reimbursement, health economics, and market development. Matthieu started their career as a Project Leader for the French National Authority for Health, specializing in reimbursement commissions for drugs and devices. Matthieu then moved on to roles with Baxter Healthcare and Medtronic, where they worked as a Pricing and Reimbursement Manager and later as a European Market Access and Health Economics Manager. Matthieu joined Merck Serono as the Director of Global Pricing and Health Economics before returning to Medtronic as the Director of Reimbursement & Health Economics EMEA and later as the Director of Reimbursement & Health Economics & Market Development & Business Operations. Cuche's most recent role was with Penumbra, Inc., where they served as the VP Global Reimbursement and Health Economics.
Matthieu Cuche has a diverse education history. Matthieu started by obtaining a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from the University of Pharmacy Paris V, which they completed from 1994 to 2000. In 2000 to 2001, they pursued two concurrent Master's degrees, one in Health Economics from the University Paris V and ESSEC Business School, and another in European Regulatory Affairs from the University of Lilles II. After a break, they later completed an Executive MBA from Henley Business School in the years 2010 to 2012.
