Prashant Ponde

Prashant Ponde has extensive work experience in the field of IT. Prashant has served as the Director of IT at Penumbra, Inc. since 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Director, Information Technology at HP from 2022 to 2023. From 2018 to 2023, Prashant worked at Poly, where they held multiple roles including Director, Enterprise Applications and Senior Program Manager, Enterprise Applications. Prashant has also worked at Polycom as a Senior Program Manager, Finance and Sales Applications from 2015 to 2018. Prashant started their career at Marvell Semiconductor Inc in 2007, where they worked as a Program Manager / MIS Development Manager. Before that, they worked as an Oracle Applications Consultant at Teledata Technology Solutions in 2006 and as an Oracle Financials Consultant at Patni Computer Systems (IGATE) from 2003 to 2006.

Prashant Ponde holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, which they obtained from 2014 to 2017. Prashant also has a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Information Technology from Vivekanand Education Society's Institute Of Technology, completed from 1999 to 2003. Prashant's high school education was in Computer Science at DG Ruparel College from 1997 to 1999. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Rummler-Brache Business Process Improvement, PMP (Project Management Professional), and ITIL V3 Foundation in the years 2017, 2014, and 2012 respectively.
