Nicole Schiro, MBA has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Nicole is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at People Architects, where they oversee the overall operations and growth of the company. Prior to joining People Architects, Nicole worked at Nestlé as a Marketing Associate for Lean Cuisine. Nicole also has experience as a Small Business Owner at Tremont Scoops, where they co-owned and managed an ice cream shop, leading operations, recruiting, brand identity, advertising, and social media strategy. Additionally, Nicole has worked at Alexander Mann Solutions as a Talent Acquisition Manager for Bank of America, and at PNC as a Brand Manager, Vice President, Marketing. Earlier in their career, they held positions at National City Bank as an Employment Brand Manager, Manager of Talent Sourcing, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Branch Manager, Assistant Vice President.
