People Can Fly was founded in 2002 by Adrian Chmielarz, Andrzej Poznanski, and Slawomir Zielinski. The company has since been acquired by Epic Games, but before that it had been a part of Eurozet Sp. z o.o and Ad.Point Sp. z o.o. Chmielarz has over 20 years of experience in the game industry and has worked as a Senior Programmer - Engine at Epic Games and a C++/C# Programmer at Future Processing Sp. z o.o. Poznanski has a background in finance and accounting and has worked as GM Poland, Management Board Member at Epic Games and Business Unit Director at Eurozet Sp. z o.o. Zielinski is also a Co-Founder of Ad.Point Sp. z o.o and CR Media S.A. and has studied finance and banking at SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
