Jonathan Kaplan

Jonathan Kaplan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jonathan is currently serving as the Executive Director of Human Resources and Recruitment at People Care Inc., overseeing recruitment efforts and HR functions. Jonathan has extensive knowledge and experience in serving the vulnerable population of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Prior to this role, they worked as the Director of Operations at High Standard Home Health Care and as an Assistant Administrator at Edison Home Health Care.

Jonathan also has experience in managerial roles, having worked as a Manager at Yachad Gifts for three years. Additionally, they have been actively involved in the Ramaz School, first as a Chaperone ensuring safety during away games and appropriate behavior during home games, and later as an Assistant Coach. Jonathan has also held the position of Office Manager at The Carlebach Shul, where they handled financial matters, event planning, and marketing activities.

In terms of marketing, Jonathan worked as a Marketing Consultant for Honestly Me LLC, responsible for developing strategies to attract potential customers. Jonathan also served as a Campus Representative for Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions, promoting the company on the Queens College campus.

Jonathan's work experience also includes roles as an Umpire at the Jewish Community Little League and an Account Executive at Envision Consulting Group, where they focused on generating new customers and providing customer service for office supplies needs.

Jonathan Kaplan earned their High School Diploma from Ramaz from 2004 to 2008. Jonathan then went on to complete their Bachelors of Business Administration in International Business and Economics from Queens College from 2009 to 2012.
