Joanna Cenna has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2012, they worked as an Event Manager at James Madison University Athletics and later served as the Chapter President for Sigma Kappa Sorority. In 2013, they interned as a Complex Marketing intern at Comcast Spectacor- Wells Fargo Center and also worked as an IT Recruiter at Insight Global.

In 2015, Joanna joined Metalogix Software as an Account Manager. Joanna then moved to AvidXchange, Inc. in 2016 and held multiple positions including Project Manager, Senior Customer Success Manager, and Manager of Customer Success. Joanna'sresponsibilities at AvidXchange included managing relationships with large customers and mentoring a team of Customer Success Coordinators and Managers.

From 2020 to 2022, Joanna served as the Director of Member Success at Dealmaker Wealth Society. Currently, they are working at People Element as a Client Success Manager, starting in October 2022. Throughout their career, Joanna has demonstrated strong leadership skills, customer relationship management abilities, and a focus on ensuring client success.

Joanna Cenna completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Kinesiology and Business at James Madison University from 2009 to 2013. In 2011, they participated in a Semester at Sea abroad program.
