Anna Tregubova has extensive work experience in procurement, logistics, and operations. Anna currently serves as the Head of Procurement and Logistics Department at People in Need since September 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as an Emergency Logistic Manager and Head Of Operations at the same organization. In their previous role as Logistic and Procurement Manager at People in Need, Anna was responsible for revising and implementing logistic and procurement procedures. Anna also provided support to the local team, conducted restructuring, and introduced KPIs. Before joining People in Need, Anna volunteered as the President of Women Sports Club NRG, where they focused on promoting women's rights through sports and developing amateur women's sports in Ukraine. Anna also served as an Emergency Logistic and Procurement Manager at People in Need, where they filled gaps in emergency procurement and logistics, launched tenders, and supervised staff recruitment and training. Anna has also held positions in logistics and procurement management at United Nations OCHA and Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF). Additionally, they have experience in digital production and worked as a Digital Producer at TMA Draft Ukraine, Adventa Lowe, and Think!McCannErickson (ADV Group Ukraine). Anna also owned and managed an online sports shop called Sport-tovary.com. Throughout their career, Anna has demonstrated a strong commitment to humanitarian and women's causes.

Anna Tregubova completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Kyiv Industrial Economic College from 1994 to 1999. From 1999 to 2000, they pursued a Specialist degree in Marketing from the National Aviation University. Additionally, Anna has obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2016, they attained a certification in Transport logistics and Logistic solutions in warehousing from LogisticPoint.NET. In 2017, they completed a Team Management Training/Supervision course from Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF). In 2018, they obtained the Preparedness and Response Effectiveness Programme (PREP) Course certification from the United Nations OCHA. In 2020, Anna acquired several certifications, including Certificate Programs in Contract Management and Public Procurement from The World Bank, E-Procurement Learning (Self-Paced) from The World Bank Group, a Procurement and Logistics Certificate from CILT Ireland The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport Ireland, a Public Procurement Course from Prometheus, and a Business English C1 Certificate from First Cambridge Education Centre.
