Bina Balal

Bina Balal is a seasoned professional in education and project management, currently serving as the Girls and Inclusive Education Network (GIEN) Lead at People in Need since May 2024. Prior to this role, Bina held various positions at People in Need Nepal, including Sr. Project Coordinator from April 2022 to April 2024, Project Coordinator from August 2020 to April 2022, and Project Officer from July 2019 to June 2020. Experience also includes serving as a Program Coordinator at LIFE Nepal from July 2018 to May 2019 and completing a UN Traineeship at UNICEF, Nepal from July 2017 to June 2018. Bina began the career as a volunteer with VSO Nepal from November 2016 to February 2017. Bina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pokhara Vishwavidalaya and Tilottama Campus, as well as completing primary education at Everest English Boarding School.
