Erika Dvorakova

Erika Dvorakova is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in humanitarian aid, project coordination, and migration policy. Currently serving as the Country Programme Coordinator for Ukraine at People in Need since April 2022, Erika manages donor relations, compliance, and multi-sectoral coordination for humanitarian aid and early recovery initiatives. With a history of leadership roles, Erika has effectively coordinated projects for organizations such as CARE, GIZ, and the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic, focusing on topics including climate change adaptation, human rights, and migration. Erika holds a master's degree in Economics from Prague University of Economics and Business and has participated in an exchange program at emlyon business school.
