Mekbib Teshome

Mekbib Teshome is an accomplished professional in the field of water engineering and project management, currently serving as a Project Manager at People in Need since October 2019, while also holding the position of Water Engineer at Water Aid since July 2015. With a solid background that includes roles as a Water Works Officer at the Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA - Ethiopia) and a Construction Management Engineer at Desta Horecha Water Supply Engineering Service, Mekbib possesses extensive experience in the design, supervision, and implementation of water supply schemes and infrastructure. Additionally, Mekbib has served as an Assistant Lecturer at Arba Minch University and as a Water Engineer at Oromia Water Works Design and Supervision Enterprise. Educational credentials include a BSc in Hydraulic Engineering from Harar Medihanialem Secondary School, completed in 2001.
