Michele Falaschi

Michele Falaschi has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of international development. Michele started their career in 1998 as a Programme Manager at Centro Mondialità Sviluppo Reciproco, where they worked until 2004. Michele then worked as a Country Representative at ACRA from 2005 to 2006.

In 2006, they joined COOPI - Cooperazione Internazionale as a Programme Manager and later became the Country Representative until 2009. After that, they worked as a Programme Manager at Icei from 2009 to 2011.

In 2012, they joined Oxfam as an Associate Country Representative and held the position until 2013. Michele then worked at ACRA as a Programme Coordinator from 2014 to 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Oxfam again, this time as a Livelihood and Value Chain Advisor.

Most recently, they have been serving as the Head of Regional Office (Latin America) at People in Need since 2017. Throughout their career, Michele has gained valuable experience in various roles and organizations, contributing to their expertise in the field of international development.

Michele Falaschi completed their undergraduate education at the Università di Pisa from 1992 to 1998. During this time, they obtained a Laurea degree in Scienze Politiche internazionali. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at the Universidad Autónoma de Centro América from 2001 to 2003. Michele obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration from this institution.
