Mikheil Japaridze

Mikheil Japaridze is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project coordination and community development. Currently serving as a Project Coordinator at People in Need since January 2023 and as Deputy Manager at Shalom Club Shida Kartli since July 2021, Mikheil previously held multiple roles at Chemonics International, including Regional Field Monitoring Specialist, Regional Coordinator, and Community Liaison from 2011 to 2021. Mikheil's responsibilities included engaging with local government, managing grants, monitoring agricultural projects, organizing community meetings, and facilitating community development plans. Earlier experience includes roles as Agriculture Officer and Social Worker at Charity Humanitarian Centre Abkhazeti from 2008 to 2011. Mikheil holds two MBAs from Gori University, completed in 2010.
