Zuzana Vojtekova

Zuzana Vojtekova is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in regional coordination and recruitment across Asia and Africa, currently serving as Regional HR Coordinator for Asia at People in Need since June 2018. Zuzana's expertise encompasses the development of HR processes and soft skills, providing both in-country and remote guidance to national teams in various countries including Cambodia, Mongolia, and Angola. Previous roles include acting as Regional HR Coordinator for Africa, where support was offered to HR teams in countries such as Ethiopia and Yemen, and serving as a recruiter and HR generalist for the Middle East and Eastern Europe. Zuzana's background also includes significant sales and event management experience in the tourism sector and a recruitment consultancy role in the IT field. Academically, Zuzana holds a Master’s degree in Civil Sector from Charles University and has completed an Erasmus study exchange in Sociology at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, along with additional training in social business.
