Kathleen Pascucci

Kathleen Pascucci, MBA, PHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Since January 2022, they have been working as the Vice President of Human Resources at People Inc. Prior to this, Kathleen served as the Director of Human Resources at Superior Lubricants Company, Inc. from December 2013 to January 2022.

Throughout their career, Kathleen has been actively involved in the field of human resources through various roles. From 2013 to 2020, they held several leadership positions at the NYS SHRM State Council, including Director-Elect, Finance Director, and Secretary. Additionally, Kathleen served as the Membership Director at the Buffalo Niagara Human Resource Association from July 2012 to July 2015.

Before their involvement in HR organizations, Kathleen gained experience as an HR Manager/Safety Specialist at EGW Personnel Staffing from February 2011 to December 2013. Kathleen also worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Nelson Prosthetic and Orthotic Laboratory from October 2010 to March 2011.

Earlier in their career, Kathleen worked as a Recruiting Specialist at Premier Recruitment Group from September 2009 to October 2010 and as a Placement Manager at Professional Support, Inc. from September 2008 to September 2009.

With their comprehensive background in human resources and leadership, Kathleen Pascucci brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role as Vice President of Human Resources at People Inc.

Kathleen Pascucci holds an MBA in Business Administration, which they obtained from Medaille University during the period of 2006 to 2008. Kathleen also earned a BA in Psychology/Human Resources from the University at Buffalo between 2000 and 2004. In 2011, Kathleen obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from Canisius University. Additionally, they recently obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in July 2023.
