Katie Austin

Katie Austin currently serves as the EX Community Lead at The EX Space, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this, Katie has been an Employee Engagement Consultant at People Lab, working with Emma Bridger since August 2016. Katie's extensive experience in the energy sector includes various roles at EDF Energy from September 2002 to March 2016, where responsibilities ranged from B2C Communications Consultant to Customer Service Advisor in the Homemovers department.
