Ester Martinez

Ester Martinez began their work experience in 1998 as an HR Executive at Caixa Catalunya, a Spanish bank. Ester then joined Manpower as a Lead Consultant and later transitioned to Hewlett-Packard as an HR Manager. In 2004, they became an HR Lead at Tata Consultancy Services before eventually becoming the CEO & Editor-in-Chief of People Matters in 2009. People Matters is a niche media brand that focuses on HR technology and talent management.

Ester Martinez completed their Bachelor of Law degree from Universitat Pompeu Fabra between the years 1994 and 1998. Following this, they pursued a Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from EADA Business School from 1999 to 2000. Later, they attended the Indian School of Business in 2003 and 2004, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA). No specific field of study was provided for their MBA.
