Swarika Baranwal🇮🇳

Swarika Baranwal has a diverse work experience, primarily in the field of Human Resources. Swarika started their career as a Human Resources Intern at SANMARG Projects, India in February 2021 and worked until April 2021. Later in June 2021, they joined Swiggy as a Human Resources Intern for a brief period of one month. In 2022, they worked as a People and Culture Intern at HighRadius from January to April. From July 2022 to June 2023, they served as a Community Engagement Executive at People Matters. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Associate- Special Initiatives at People Matters starting from June 2023.

Swarika Baranwal has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business/Commerce, General from Deendayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University. Swarika also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Indian Institute of Information Technology Allahabad.
