Tina Burgess

Tina Burgess is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk and payments management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Risk and Payments at Plusgrade since January 2023, Tina focuses on ensuring safe and secure transactions for customers. Previously, Tina held various leadership positions at Points from June 2016 to June 2023, including Director of Risk and Payments and Senior Manager of Risk and ePayment. Tina's career also includes a significant tenure at Cadillac Fairview from March 2004 to May 2016, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing a national Gift Card program and managing marketing and special events. Tina Burgess holds educational qualifications from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and MacEwan University.
