Emma Martin has a diverse work experience history. Emma started their career in 2004 at Carphone Warehouse, where they worked as a Quality Coach, MI Administrator, and UAT Analyst. Emma then became a Resource Planner, responsible for rotations and scheduling for 180 FTEs. In 2012, Emma joined People Solutions as an Onsite Account Manager, where they recruited temporary to permanent staff for an onsite account. Over the years, they advanced in their roles and became the Head of Managed Service and Compliance, National Operations Manager, and currently serves as the Regional Operations Director. Emma has a strong background in operations and management.
