Gina Miras, CPM has over 18 years of experience in HR and payroll administration. Gina started their career at Mircom Group in 2002, where they served as an HR Administrator for 10 years. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at GroundTech Solutions as a Payroll and HR Administrator on a 3-month contract. In 2014, they joined Warren Industries Ltd as a Payroll & Benefits Admin. Later that year, they moved to Conservatory Group, where they worked as a Payroll Administrator, implementing enhanced Health and Safety regulations. Since 2015, Gina has been with PeopleToGo, where they currently hold the position of HR Manager. Gina is responsible for payroll processing, government interactions, and employee/management assistance. Gina has been instrumental in earning the company GPTW certification in both 2021 and 2022, and they earned a promotion to HR Manager during their tenure.
