Matt Baird has a diverse work experience that includes roles in account management, project coordination, general contracting, customer service, warehouse operations, and crew leadership. Matt has been working at PeopleToGo since 2015, initially as a project coordinator and later as an account manager. In their current role, they help clients deliver cost-effective and value-added solutions through technology services and solutions. Prior to that, they worked as an independent general contractor and directly assisted project managers with various construction tasks. Matt also worked part-time at Sobeys as a customer service representative in the prepared foods and deli department while obtaining their post-secondary education. Additionally, Matt gained experience as a warehouse associate at Toshiba Business, where they were responsible for order processing and inventory management. Before that, they worked at McDonald's as a crew leader.

Matt Baird began their education in 2009 at Niagara College, where they pursued an Ontario College Diploma in International Business. Matt successfully completed their studies in 2012. Following this, in 2012, they enrolled at Durham College for a Post Graduate Certificate in Project Management, which they completed in 2013.
