Kelly Heins Isenogle

Kelly Heins Isenogle currently serves as an Assistant Principal at Columbia Public Schools since July 2020, having previously worked as an Elementary Teacher within the same district from August 2013 to May 2020. In addition, Kelly is a Primary Leader for People to People Ambassador Programs since June 2013. Before these roles, Kelly held the position of Institute Operations Coordinator for Teach For America, where responsibilities included managing housing logistics for over 800 individuals and achieving high satisfaction rates. Early administrative experience was gained as an Office Assistant in the University of Missouri Basketball Office, supporting event operations and communication. Kelly holds an Ed.S. in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from the University of Missouri-Columbia, along with a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the same institution.
