Jeanette Louise Rasmussen

Jeanette Louise Rasmussen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jeanette Louise started their career at Nordea as a Marketing Assistant and then moved on to roles such as Business Development Manager at Flex Pleje/Flex Vikar and HR Consultant at Randstad Denmark. Jeanette Louise later worked at PFA Pension, where they served as an HR Business Partner and a Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manager. Jeanette also held positions at FLSmidth as a Senior Recruitment Partner and HR Business Partner. Jeanette Louise then joined Capax Recruitment as a Business Manager - Advisory and Telenor as a Talent & Development Manager. Jeanette Louise most recently worked at Hartmanns A/S as a Sr. Recruitment Consultant and is currently the Head of People & Culture at People Ventures. Throughout their career, Jeanette has been involved in various aspects of HR, recruitment, talent development, and business consulting.

From 2007 to 2010, they participated in a Netværksgruppe for Talentudvikling at NOCA. Prior to their university studies, they attended Handelsskolen i Ishøj from 1991 to 1994 as a student.
