Vijay Deshpande

Vijay Deshpande serves as the Chief Operating Officer at PeopleApex, an employee experience platform, since November 2021. With extensive experience in human resources, Vijay has also held the position of Executive Director and Board Member at SKODA AUTO India since April 2013, and served as Zonal Head of HR for Coca-Cola in Maharashtra-Goa from December 2008 to April 2013. Previous roles include Head of HR for GlaxoSmithKline Pharma Ltd's Global Manufacturing and Primary Supply Division and a Senior HR Manager at GlaxoSmithKline. Additional experience includes serving as HR Leader at Owens Corning India Ltd. Vijay holds multiple degrees in Human Resource Management and Labor Laws from the University of Mumbai and SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
